1. Returns
Due to the nature of our products:
- Opened, used, or partially used products are not eligible for return.
- Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original, sealed packaging.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear images or videos of the product and packaging for verification.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, based on availability and your preference.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are processed only after verification and approval.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Taste preferences or flavour expectations
- Incorrect usage of the product
- Orders with incomplete or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
6. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
